We are excited to bring back our KidzShop event, which provides children of low-income families from Linn County an opportunity to start their school year with new clothing, shoes, and school supplies.

The 2022 Post COVID KidzShop will look different this year.  We will continue to provide the support these children need, in a way that promotes comfort and health in a TWO-day event:

• Day 1 - SHOPPING DAY: August 6th at the Heritage Mall. Our volunteers will use an updated/detailed shopping list for each referred youth to shop for items specifically for that child, without the child present. Shoppers will have assigned shopping times much like our regular Kidzshop. All items will be bagged and labeled with that child's name, school and referring agency.

• Day 2 - PICK UP DAY: August 20th; Agencies will have an assigned time to be at the Heritage Mall with their Kidz; agency representatives will assist in checking in their Kidz. Agency representatives will be responsible for any bags that are not claimed by the Kidz on pick up day.
